What kind of products do you sell?Dark Side Sales LLC is an online hobby and collectible store that specializes in Pokémon Cards. We BUY, SELL and TRADE so be sure to subscribe, follow us on social media and reach out for all your Pokémon TCG needs!

Can you get other/more products?While we do our best to keep our current inventory up to date on the site, yes, we can usually order additional product. This, of course, depends on what the distributors have in stock but if you are looking for something particular or have a question about a specific product, contact us at darksidesalesllc@gmail.com or use the form above!

Do you buy or trade cards?Yes! If you have a collection you'd like to sell or just want to get an idea of what it's worth, feel free to reach out! While the majority of our business focuses on new, sealed product we are always interested in acquiring cards. Buy, sell or trade, we do it all!

Where are you located?We are located in a suburb just northeast of Cincinnati, OH. If you are local to the area and want to pickup an order just shoot us an email at darksidesalesllc@gmail.com or fill out the form above!

How quickly do you ship orders?Our standard order processing time is 3 business days. But, if I'm being totally honest, the vast majority of orders will go out in 1-2 days. Even during busy release weeks or around the Holidays, I do my best to get all orders processed and out the door within the 3 day window, If there is ever a time when a product is delayed or if I'm out of town and unable to ship orders within the 3 day time frame, I will be sure to communicate via email to let you know when to expect shipment. How do I order in stock products?You can browse and order all in stock products (sealed, singles, slabs and supplies) through our TCGPlayer Store! I have added a link to our TCGPlayer inventory to the main website menu, as well as a button with a link on the home page. Be sure to check back often as our in stock inventory is constantly changing. And if there's anything specific you are looking for, don't hesitate to reach out via email, text or you can use the form listed above.

Can I place a preorder for items with different ship dates?Yes, you are welcome to add as many preorder items as you'd like to one order. However, I can't ship the preorder until all of the items have arrived, which means you will need to wait until the last preorder item releases to receive your order. Before placing a preorder, be sure to review the estimated release dates of all preorder items in your cart, as Pokemon releases products in waves and the dates can vary by a month or longer. Sometimes it may make more sense to split the order, to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.
