1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
​
All shipments will be processed in the order we receive them. Our standard processing time is 3 business days, depending on order volumes and product availability. In the event order processing will exceed the standard timeframe stated herein, we will contact you via email with an estimated ship date. Please keep in mind that the standard processing time does not include shipment transit times, which will vary by carrier and destination.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently only ship to the US and Canada. No additional international shipping is available at this time. If you have any questions about where we ship, please contact us via email at darksidesalesllc@gmail.com.

3. SHIPPING OPTIONS
​
Shipping Carriers
All shipments will be processed using one of the three following major shipping carriers: USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Each carrier offers a variety of options and service levels. You are responsible for choosing from the available shipping options listed during check out. Please keep in mind that shipping transit times will vary throughout the year and that each carrier offers different levels of included insurance and delivery guarantees. For more information regarding each carrier's policies and shipping services/options, please visit their respective websites. Shipping Rates
​
Shipping rates are determined by an order's weight and the destination. Available carriers, service levels and shipping rates will be automatically calculated during checkout. FREE SHIPPING is currently available to the lower 48 United States on all orders totaling more than $200. This applies to both "IN STOCK" items as well as "PREORDER" items. The shipment carrier and service level for FREE SHIPPING will vary depending on the weight/size of the items purchased and the shipping destination. This promotion does not apply to orders placed during live streams.

All live stream shipping charges will be a "one time, flat rate" and the rate will be communicated and displayed during the live stream.

All shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

Local Pickup
​
Local pickup is available for any order. If you would like to arrange for local pickup, please contact us at darksidesalesllc@gmail.com before placing your order.

4. PACKAGING
​
All new, sealed items will be shipped in their original packaging. Please keep in mind that packaging defects do occur, and are outside our control. We are not responsible for tears, rips, marks, dents or any other minor manufacturing flaws.

Any products opened during a live stream or any "used" items sold, will be packaged carefully into a combination of sleeves, top loaders and/or bags, as to best protect and preserve the conditions of the items. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. For more information, please see the "SHIPMENT ISSUES" section below.

5. PREORDERS
​
By placing a "PREORDER", you are agreeing to pay for the item(s) in full, plus all shipping charges/taxes, at the time of ordering. Any item sold under the "PREORDER" section of the website will ship on, or shortly after, the release date listed in the item description. Once a "PREORDER" product has been received and the inventory count has been verified, we will adhere to the timeframes outlined in the "ORDER PROCESSING TIMES" section above. In the event the manufacturer or distributor delays the release of a product, you will be contacted via email with the updated release date. Please keep in mind that we have no control over when new items release or how quickly they are shipped to us.

If a PREORDER" item and an "IN STOCK" item are purchased in the same transaction, the order will not be processed until the "PREORDER" item has been received. Also, please be sure to carefully review the expected release dates of all "PREORDER" items before placing an order. It is recommended that you place separate orders for items releasing at different times and that "IN STOCK" items are purchased separately from "PREORDER" items, to avoid any excessive delays in order processing. "PREORDER" items are not available to purchase during live streams.

6. OUT OF STOCKS

In the event an item from your order is not available, we will contact you to let you know and refund the purchase price and any applicable shipping charges.

7. SHIPMENT ISSUES
​
We are not liable for any of the following situations:

Lost or missing packages

Damage to packages during transit

Package theft or unauthorized opening of any packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address

If a shipment has not arrived on the estimated date stated by the carrier's tracking information, or if you believe a carrier has lost or damaged your shipment, please contact the carrier to file a claim. All shipments will include tracking and the basic insurance coverage, unless a higher insurance amount is specifically requested. The cost to purchase any additional insurance will be your responsibility. Before placing an order, please be sure to review the included shipment insurance amounts for the carriers listed in the "SHIPPING OPTIONS" section above. This information can be found on each carrier's website.
If you believe a package has been stolen or opened by anyone other than the person it was addressed to, please contact your local police department to file a report.
If a package is returned to us due to an issue with the address, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges or postage required to resend the package. If you do not cover these costs, the order will not be shipped and will be marked complete. See the "RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES" section below for more information. Please be sure to double check all shipping information submitted when placing an order. Orders will ONLY be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase and we are not liable or responsible for package forwarding or rerouting. NO EXCEPTIONS.
8. POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

We are not responsible or liable for shipping delays or issues. Please keep this in mind during the winter months, and around the busy holiday shipping season. Service interruptions can and will happen at any given time, and delays or changes to delivery estimates will vary by carrier. In the event your order experiences a delay or interruption, please contact the carrier for more information.

9. RETURNS / REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

All sales are final and no exchanges, refunds or price adjustments will be issued.
